# AZRA > AZRA is a research-driven, deterministic programming language built on DBS (Dash Block Separator) rules, designed for formal verification, cryptographic systems, and security-critical applications. Founded by Amirreza Fakhrai Nejad (Tehran, Iran), the project pairs a mathematically provable syntax with a bilingual (Persian/English) website presenting the language philosophy, specification, and roadmap. AZRA enforces absolute determinism at compile time: every variable definition follows a strict dash-delimited, sequentially-indexed pattern (e.g. `-0x = 2-`), removing ambiguity before a program ever runs. The language is designed to be compiled (not interpreted) directly to binary for speed and security, and introduces custom types beyond int/float/string to support identity, security, and "neuro-level" concepts. The project is currently in Phase 3 (open-source ecosystem); the compiler/interpreter core is planned for later phases. **Project goal:** AZRA was never meant to be just a programming language. Its founder envisions it as a long-term path toward eliminating disease and reducing human suffering, ultimately through a "Neuro-Level Language" capable of interacting directly with biological systems — enabling real-time healing and brain-machine interfaces beyond what current languages support.
